Services

Three ways to take repetitive work off your team.

Most engagements start with one of these three services. We pick the one that fits your work, and tell you if a simpler tool would do the job.

Custom AI agents

An assistant for one clearly defined job: finding information, preparing a document or proposing the next step. It works only with the sources and tools you allow.

Examples
  • Find a clause in your signed contracts and summarise it.
  • Prepare a quote or report draft from your price lists and templates.
  • Check incoming invoices against orders and flag mismatches.

Works well when:

  • the task repeats, but the wording or documents vary.
  • you have reliable source material, such as price lists, contracts or manuals.
  • a colleague can quickly check whether the result is right.

Not the right choice when:

  • a simple if-then rule is enough.
  • the process changes daily or nobody is responsible for it.
  • the AI would have to make legal, financial or safety decisions without oversight.

Process automation

Many processes are slow because people copy, check and chase the same information. We map the steps from request to finished work and automate the repetitive ones.

Fixed rules

For clearly defined data and steps: the system checks the form is complete, calculates the amount and routes the request to the right person. The same input always gives the same result.

AI

For text and documents that vary: Vida summarises the request, sorts it and drafts a reply. A colleague checks the result.

Most workflows combine both. If a rule is enough, we don't add AI.

Email support

Your team answers the same questions again and again. Vida reads incoming email, finds the answer in your materials and prepares a draft reply.

Example with fictional data
  1. The customer asks

They ask how to book a service visit and whether a technician can come as soon as tomorrow.

  2. Vida finds the answer

She finds the booking steps in your service guide. Free slots aren't in the guide, so instead of guessing she marks in the draft that your team needs to check the date.

  3. Vida drafts the reply

She explains what details you need for the booking, such as the address and the device model, and says your team will confirm the date.

  4. Your team checks and sends

A colleague reads the draft, adds the date if tomorrow is free, and sends the reply.

Your team stays in control.

In all three services, Vida prepares the work and your team approves every message that leaves the company and every change to your systems. Every action is recorded. See how the Synemis Platform works.
