Who we are
A small team that builds and stays.
Synemis is based in Ljubljana. We don't sell licences or run seminars. We work with your team until the AI tools are part of its daily work.
Co-founders Beno Šircelj and Andrej Stojčevski take part in every engagement. You talk directly to the people doing the work.
We take on only as many engagements as we can deliver well. If the tool isn't being used, that's on us.

Every engagement follows the same path. What we build depends on what we find.

We learn how your business runs.
We spend time with your team and see which documents, messages and decisions take the most time. At the end we agree on what to build first.

We build and deploy it.
We set up an assistant on the Synemis Platform, connect it to your data and tools, and train your team. We stay close while you start using it for real work.

We keep it running.
We watch how it's used, fix what doesn't work, add new capabilities and keep the AI models up to date.

Your team gets one place to work with AI. They ask Vida, and Vida does the work in your connected tools: email, documents, accounting and whatever else the task needs.
Each customer gets a private instance. We host and run it for you, or install it on your own servers. If a tool you already have does the job better, we tell you.

Things people usually ask
What does it cost?
A one-time setup fee for building and deploying, then a monthly subscription for support and maintenance. Scope varies a lot between businesses, so we quote both after discovery, before you commit. The first call is free.
How long until we see a result?
It depends on the task and on how easily we can connect to your systems. After discovery we agree on concrete milestones, so you know what to expect and when.
Do we need to replace our software?
Usually not. We connect to the tools you already use. If a system can't support the workflow safely, we tell you and keep that step manual.
What about our data?
Your data stays in your own instance and is never mixed with other customers' data. We sign a data processing agreement and don't use your data to train models. Every action Vida takes is logged.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Vida flags what she doesn't know and hands the case to a person. Anything that leaves the company or changes your systems needs approval first.
What don't you do?
We don't resell software licences, supply contractors or build tools unrelated to your daily work. And we don't take on more projects than we can deliver properly.
Are we locked in?
No. Your data lives in your own instance, and we help you export it.
