Whatever the level, sending email, writing files or ledger entries and granting access always need prior approval in the web workspace.
Security and privacy
Built for GDPR and ZVOP-2.

Sign-in and access
Sign in with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, with no separate passwords. Admins decide who can see and approve what, and can revoke access at once.

Audit trail
Every tool call, approval and data read is logged with a timestamp and the person behind it. Admins can export the log.

GDPR & ZVOP-2
We sign a data processing agreement: you are the controller, we are the processor. You can export or delete your data when the contract ends.

Encryption
Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), including backups.

EU-hosted AI
The model behind Vida is hosted in the EU. Your conversations and documents are not used to train public models.
